Kilrenney Avenue Residence designed by IKONIKO, was built and developed by Becker General Contractors in west Los Angeles, a luxurious modern house with a new home design was completed in June 2009.

“By reorganizing and adding a large amount of space for the volume of the original house, a new design takes full advantage of space-oriented site with a hill and overlooking the surrounding scenery. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow a lifestyle of leisure and work to expand outward. All rooms have access to the various terraces and balconies; allow unexpected perspective of the Los Angeles area.”
