Artistic luxury homes with brick walls, designed by Marcio Kogan Architect, Co-Author: Renata Furlanetto, and Collaborator: Fernanda Neiva. Located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The interior was designed by Diana Radomysler and Renata Furlanetto. Seen a collaboration between classic and modern design in this luxurious home.

It was decided to place one volume perpendicular to the street, turned completely sideways. Blind front façade, which is a “glass house with no corners” desired by the client. On the ground floor, looking into the swimming pool and large terrace through sliding glass door curtain, there is the living room, dining room and office. Upstairs, is also facing an open terrace, is the bedroom. All areas covered by the panel intimate house brises which can remain completely open and offers a magical aspect to the folding wooden wall.

The house is named after the bricks taken from demolition. Block-old recycling provides a more rugged appearance and stronger than new products and historical material impregnated in the house even before it is used. In addition to concerns relative to environmental comfort, which always existed in the history of modern Brazilian architecture, such as the use of terracing for the glass facade shade and sun protection with brises, a small brick house includes precepts more technology, such as solar panels arranged on the roof.
