Fresh Tropical Home Design With a Large Garden – Setia Eco Villa Park TWS & Partners

Setia Eco Villa Park, designed by the TWS & Partners, is in the planting of coconut palm 15 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its modern house design is inspired by Asian style architecture, but with a recognition of the tropical environment. There was a lot of space on the free site, so we created a roof garden with capture rain water from the surface. The cabin roof has solar panels that reduce the 30% of the energy consumed by the village. The house is a great example of modern architecture and sustainable use of the site as best as possible.
