Houses design that actually created a dream escape from urban frenzy. Fernanda Marques Architect’s works, in the form of a broad bungalow, about 250 m ², in which nature plays more than a mere supporting role, which must be considered is the use of intense daylight.

Being inside feels like being outdoors, this is one concept that is designed for this luxury house. At times of growing environmental awareness, and, of course, also the desire to get close to nature.

Explaining the architect, who put his design somewhere in between states of a modernist villa and the house was designed by one of its masters, the German architect Mies van der Rohe.

A combination of rough stone walls and limestone floors, steel and glass is a design created for this luxurious bungalows. A type of interface between the interior and the outside environment, glass walls and ceilings to ensure the continuity of space, one of the hallmarks of design that Fernanda Marques.

No less an impact, all-white interiors furnished with pieces made only from sustainable raw materials obtained and accented by pieces of several features: in the kitchen, for example, integrated equipment for the steel panels to the roof project, while the monolith, which serves as a table breakfast, trail space with the tone, almost rugged countryside.

In the living room, a niche in the cabinet and bookcase also has a small jewel of them: on the one hand, glass of organic matter by the U.S. glass artist Jeff Zimmerman – one of the architects favorite artists, displays his art in Brazil for the first time at the invitation of Fernanda. On the other hand, a very special selection of objects, chosen for the space with antique Beto Altílio. Among launched Florense, made specifically for the closet, the space of high-gloss, all equipped with colored glass and automatic drawer. The piece, according to Fernanda, ideal for those who demand quality. “But that also did not have time to waste”.
